Refund Policy

WG2Bot is a digital service. Access is provided immediately after purchase and, where applicable, license keys are issued instantly.

This policy explains when refunds are (and are not) available.

Digital Delivery & Immediate Access

When you purchase WG2Bot, you receive immediate access to digital services and/or license delivery. By completing a purchase, you agree to immediate access and waive any applicable cooling-off period where permitted by law.

Important: Because access is delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind or unused time.

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future billing.
  • You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
  • We do not provide partial refunds for unused subscription time.

License Purchases (PC Version)

PC license keys are issued immediately and are intended for the purchaser only. Once issued, license keys cannot be “returned”.

  • All license purchases are final unless required by law.
  • Refunds are not provided for key sharing, bans, or violations of our Terms.
  • Hardware ID (HWID) enforcement and reset limits apply.

When We May Consider a Refund

In rare cases, we may consider a refund if all of the following are true:

  • You contact support within 7 days of purchase,
  • you are unable to activate or use the service due to a verified technical issue,
  • you cooperate with troubleshooting, and
  • we are unable to resolve the issue.
Decisions are made at our discretion. Where approved, refunds may be partial depending on usage and costs.

What Is Not Refundable

  • Change of mind or accidental purchase
  • Unused subscription time
  • Game bans, warnings, or actions taken by game developers
  • Account or license suspension due to Terms violations
  • Issues caused by unsupported devices, third-party software, or user configuration

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate suspension of your account and/or license while we investigate.

If you have a billing issue, contact support first so we can resolve it quickly.
